The most important step toward making a good career decision is understanding your own skills and interests. WORKFORCE CENTRAL FLORIDA provides a test, called the Choices Interest Profiler, to help you learn what skills and interests you possess and what career is a good "fit" for you.

After attending an orientation session, as to take the computerized career assessment test to help you discover your interests and how they relate to the world of work. You will be asked a series of questions that are scored and will identify your strongest work-related interests. This can help you decide the type of jobs that will best match your interests.
